BUSINESS ELEMENTS team of engineers, in collaboration with Biomerieux, analyzed the operation of the two laboratories, designed their merger into a new space and reorganized their processes from scratch, based on Lean methodology. Specifically, a representative work period was analyzed, which was presented with statistical techniques over a year.
