We provide reengineering services in order for our customers to improve their operations and increase their competitiveness. We help them find solutions and use modern methodologies regarding their business activities.
We adapt and apply the most modern methodology for the design and organization of the production process, lean manufacturing, resulting in increased productivity of production units.
We have created LEAN FACTORY, an innovative production management software based in lean methodology which provides the ability to manage and calculate the capacity of production units with distinct phases of processing and assembly.

Our vision is to support our customers in the implementation of innovative organizational practices and to participate in the lean transformation of their production units, having as main purpose the enhancing of their competitiveness.

Ilias Diamesis

Partner

Mr. lias Diamesis is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from University of Patras and holds a master’s degree in organization and flexible production systems (DEA, Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Arts et Métiers).
He is the founder of BUSINESS ELEMENTS (2001), which operates in the field of Business Reengineering and specializes in improving business through internationally recognized methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
He has implemented important projects for the reengineering, analysis, design, and implementation of software systems and production units, with results related to optimizing productivity, reducing production costs, and minimizing inventories.
Mr. Dimitris Damianidis holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Patras and the ENISE Department of Mechanical Engineering (Ecole Nationale d’Engénieurs de Saint Etienne).
He has worked as a Technical Researcher at the Center for Renewable Energy Sources (CRES), Director of Operations at ALTEC SA, Administrative Director at ELEFTHERI TILEORASI (ALTER CHANNEL), General Manager at ALTEC TELECOMS and MICROLAND.
Since 2009 he has been a shareholder in BUSINESS ELEMENTS, specializing in database analysis and software development, as well as improving business activities through internationally recognized methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
He has implemented important projects for the reengineering, analysis, design, and implementation of software systems and production units, as well as he has implemented many installations of LEAN FACTORY software.

We analyze corporate activities and propose traditional or innovative solutions for the reorganization of business operations. We implement software projects, such as ERP systems, or specialized computer applications. We design Management Systems (Quality, Information Security, etc.) according to ISO standards.

We measure performance

We implement cost measurement and analysis projects, which is essential information for documented decision making. We calculate the production capacity and improve margins using the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) indicator.
