This project is a typical example of Lean methodology application in services. BUSINESS ELEMENTS team ofengineers redesigned from scratch the Technical Service, its operations and the new floor plan with jobplaces and detailed work instructions, applying the principles of Lean methodology in a very limited time.The innovative design implementation dramatically reduced operating costs and made it possible to controlproductivity and the service level with measurable quantitative and qualitative indicators, which wasinitially set as a goal by the company.
