BIC VIOLEX has partnered with BUSINESS ELEMENTS to upgrade the data collection system of its blade factory in Attica. The project was implemented through certain successive phases: Operation analysis-specification as well as solution selection and implementation.
As a result of the project, BIC VIOLEX acquired a unique system that provides:
- Ability to manage the new form of basic material, in terms of information and traceability
- Unified information collected by regional systems, related to quality data, fault data, maintenance data, etc.
- Unique data entry point, avoiding possible inconsistencies
- Improvement of the reporting system, i.e. the information extracted from the collected data
- A central tool for the needs of each department, eliminating the use of different individual systems that are difficult to maintain, control and evolve.
