DIETHNIS ATHLITIKI LTD, the exclusive representative of the brands ADMIRAL, KAPPA, MAUI, STARTER, and PEAK, in Greece, supplies more than 100 stores daily throughout the country. BUSINESS ELEMENTS undertook and completed the redesign of the company’s warehouses, researching storage and collection alternatives, and increasing their operational capacity through modern storage systems, and the lean manufacturing philosophy.
The project resulted in the complete spatial redesign of the warehouse, its labeling, and the reconfiguration of its core operations (receipt, storage, collection, shipment).
BUSINESS ELEMENTS also oversaw the installation of a WMS (Warehouse Management System), which will serve as the foundation for streamlining warehouse operations and allowing DIETHNIS ATHLITIKI LTD to further expand its activities.
