The engineering team of BUSINESS ELEMENTS identified the needs of “EUROFILM MANTZARIS SA” company in order to install and configure a new traceability software suitable also for business resource monitoring. The current situation was captured, and BUSINESS ELEMENTS proposed the optimal solution, under the present circumstances.
The project outcome was the smooth installation of software, which was a particularly difficult process, as it brought about a change in mentality and reorganization at all levels of the company and a transition to a new way of working, where technology is used to produce, distribute and access real-time information and automation of key business operations.
