BUSINESS ELEMENTS team, in collaboration with SYNGENTA’s team, conducted an exercise (SMED workshop) aimed at improving the process of set up changes in a production line. The exercise lasted a week.
During the workshop, a series of improvement suggestions were made by the employees, which were discussed and evaluated, and the most dominant ones were selected. The result of the project is a 38% reduction in change time.
